Broadway Fantasies Charitable Fund
Broadway Fantasies Charitable Fund is a not-for-profit corporation that raises funds for St. Louis charities by presenting an annual song and dance revue. Proceeds are donated to the Saint Louis County Office of Family and Community Services which includes the County Older Resident Programs - CORP, the County Youth Programs and Veteran Services. Extremely talented adults volunteer their skills for the love of performing musical theatre and to keep their talents honed and alive. Monies distributed by the Fund are raised through ticket sales and playbook advertising.
Performers are auditioned and selected annually for their fine voices, dancing ability, or both, and of course, for their showmanship. Numbered among them are many who have had professional experience in musicals and opera and who are now willing to lend their talents to worthwhile causes. Broadway Fantasies 2009 is the nineteenth production of this popular group.
